One of the first certified IHSA Associate Auditors in Ontario, Utiligent Consulting began conducting COR external audits in 2017.
Bill Shewan, Owner and President of Utiligent Consulting, is an external COR™ auditor in Ontario with experience working for the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA).
Bill created IHSA’s first audit program (ZeroQuest) while conducting technical audits for clients of the organization. The Zeroquest auditing standard was in use for more than 15 years, and only recently retired in 2018 to be replaced by COR™.
